Utility Rebates

Depending on who supplies your natural gas or electricity, propane or heating oil, there may be a rebate available if you choose to replace your heating and/or cooling system this year.

Most electric and natural gas utilities have programs that offer rebates to their customers that upgrade to qualifying high-efficiency equipment. Each rebate program has unique qualification requirements. Each also has limited funds available each year and when the money is gone, so are the rebates. These programs may be suspended at any time during the year. For the most up to date information, contact your gas or electric company, or visit their website.

If you heat your home with propane or fuel oil, there is a "Michigan Appliance Rebate Program" available, regardless of which company fills your tank. For propane and fuel oil customers, visit www.michrebate.com or call 888-MICH-NRG (888-642-4674).
