Fall Wellness Checkup

Yup, you've seen them already! the BTS (Back-to-School) ads on TV. It would be nice to ignore them and pretend summer is just beginning. That wouldn't be reality TV. Whatever happened to fairy tales? As our summer daze (days) begin to shorten, we feel it is our duty to remind you that it's time to think about the yearly physical for your home's heating and filtration system.

We are now scheduling Fall Maintenance. We encourage you to call ASAP to obtain a timely service. We try hard to accommodate the day that works best for you. We do, however, group by areas so we can do services in close proximity for ease of scheduling and technicians wear and tear.  We look forward to your call!

New Financing Programs

Adams Heating & Cooling now has three different financing programs available.

We have a "Home Projects" VISA card through Wells Fargo for our Trane products.  We also offer two options called "Geo-Smart" for our WaterFurnace geothermal systems.

• Revolving Plan - The revolving plan offers the option of making a low minimum monthly payment with no set time limit. Interest rates are usually higher with this plan.
• Installment Plan - The "Geo-Smart" installment program provides you with a set monthly payment for a specified time period. The installment plan offers lower interest and higher loan amounts than the revolving plan.

As with any financing program, all applications are subject to credit approval. Call us for a free estimate on a new comfort system and we will do our best to find a financing solution that will fit into your budget.

The Heat Pump Alternative

Marathon Water Heaters

Looking for more "Green Technology?" Marathon Water Heaters are highly insulated units that retain heat very well. They come in sizes ranging from 30 gallons to 105 gallons. Constructed with a molded plastic tank, they will not rust or corrode, and they have a lifetime warranty against tank leaks. Plus, Great Lakes Energy customers are eligible to receive up to a $500 rebate for exchanging out an existing gas or electric water heater.
